At Shaq.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, then print it out for your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
